Tom Brown of Northeast Harbor is one of 13 men nominated for the 2004 Rolex Yachtsman of the Year. Brown is the 2004 2.4-meter paralympic silver medalist.

Nominees, determined by the membership of U.S. Sailing, will be reviewed by a panel of noted sailing journalists and voted on by secret ballot. The yachtsman and yachtswoman of the year will be announced at the New York Yacht Club in New York City Feb. 25.
