SULLIVAN – The Hancock County Children’s Council will present an educational series for parents of preschool and school-age children from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Sullivan Head Start Center on Route 1.

The Systematic Training for Effective Parenting program offers parents practical alternatives for meeting the challenges of raising children today.
