EAST MILLINOCKET – Aaron Waite hit five 3-pointers en route to 19 points as the Schenck boys basketball team earned a 75-61 victory over Penobscot Valley of Howland Monday in high school action.

Kerry Thompson followed with 16 points and Jordan Pelkey had 11 for the Wolverines.

Matthew Cummings scored 23 points in the Howlers’ effort. Andrew Hallett added 16 more.

Seth Rivera led the hosts with 21 points. Mitch Ouellette tallied 16 points and 13 rebounds. Derrick Plourde had 11 points and 11 boards.

Matt McGlinn scored a game-high 22 points for the Wildcats. Greg Whitaker added 13 and Chris Coffin had 10.

Megan Korhonen’s 20 points and Lacey Farrar’s 12 led the Eagles.
