Griffin scores 27, powers Royals to win over Shead

JONESPORT – Ross Griffin totaled 27 points as Jonesport-Beals beat out Shead 80-71 in a schoolboy basketball game Tuesday night.

Joseph Libby scored 17 points for the Royals and Jonathan Alley had 10.

Craig Hastings had a game-high 31 points for the Tigers of Eastport, and Aaron Sullivan had 21.
