Caring for Me

BANGOR – Caring for Me is an evening workshop being sponsored by the University of Maine Cooperative Extension on Jan. 11.

As an adult living, playing and working with your children or others’ children, how do you take care of yourself? How do you manage life’s demands? How do you lighten your spirit and find time to play?

During this workshop, adults will learn some self-care techniques that they can use as parents or as child care providers. Come play, and play with others.

The workshop will be held 6-8:30 p.m. at the Extension office at 307 Maine Ave., Bangor. The fee is $5. Call 942-7396 or (800) 287-1485 to register.
