Brooke Hammond of Frankfort and Dana Libhart of Bangor each finished first at the recent North Atlantic Figure Skating Club’s Snowflake Skate in Falmouth. Hammond, 9, was first in the Basic Program D. Libhart, 12, took first in the Freestyle 1 Compulsory Moves. Both girls skate with the Penobscot Figure Skaters based at Sawyer Arena in Bangor.
