BREWER – Chris Wilson scored with four seconds remaining as Brewer overcame an eight-point deficit after three quarters to beat Mt. Blue 40-39 in schoolboy basketball action Friday night.
Isaac Bell scored six of his team-high 15 points in the fourth quarter, during which Brewer limited the Cougars of Farmington to three points. Wilson finished with 14 points for the Witches.
Ted Neil paced the Cougars with 19 points and Brian Simpson tossed in 13.
