SKOWHEGAN – The Somerset County Soil and Water Conservation District is sponsoring a free presentation called “Building Profitable, Living Soil Systems,” from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, at the Skowhegan Community Center.

Mark Fulford, an independent soil consultant from Monroe, will lead the discussion.
