Bangor native Max Louscher took first in the juvenile-level boys USFSA figure skating competition at the Bay State Games in Williamstown, Mass., Saturday.
The 11-year-old Louscher, who competes out of Worcester, Mass., finished first out of six boys in his slate. He qualified for the national State Games in Colorado Springs, Colo., July 28-31.
