FORT KENT – Malerie Hall scored 25 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as the Hermon girls basketball team improved its record to 9-2 with a 50-42 Class B victory over Fort Kent on Wednesday.

Cassie White added eight points for Hermon.

Kristin Violette sparked the Warriors with 18 points and Mindy Morneault added 14.

At Fort Kent, Mitch Ouellet had 19 points, nine rebounds and two blocked shots as the Warriors rallied from an eight-point halftime deficit to earn their 10th straight win and second victory over Hermon in five days.

Tom Bard chipped in with 13 points for Fort Kent.

Mike Pellerin paced the Hawks with 12 points. Tyler Deabay notched 10 points and 12 rebounds and Chris Harding scored 10.
