Maine Central Institute will host its MCI Husky Classic Basketball Tournament on Saturday and Sunday at Wright Gymnasium in Pittsfield.

The MCI postgraduate team will entertain three other Northeast prep schools that feature several prospective Division I players. MCI takes on St. Thomas More in Saturday’s 6 p.m. opener, with Bridgton Academy and Notre Dame Prep set for an 8 p.m. tipoff.

Sunday’s consolation game is set for noon, with the championship game scheduled for 2 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students and senior citizens.
