CARIBOU – Monica Selander scored a game-high 20 points, including two late free throws that gave the Caribou Vikings a 49-48 girls basketball win over Bucksport Wednesday.

Liz Gomm’s 3-pointer with 2:15 left had given the Bucks a 48-47 lead.

Makayla Gahagan scored 12 points and Stephanie Schofield had 11.

Gomm led the Golden Bucks with 10 points and Keely Sullivan added nine.

Ashley Tilton sparked the Raiders with 20 points and seven rebounds. Kayla Wood notched nine points, seven rebounds and four steals while Mary Mawhinney grabbed 10 boards.
