ASHLAND – Mindy Chasse scored seven points to spark Ashland to a 21-8 first-quarter lead Thursday night en route to a 51-44 girls basketball victory over Limestone/Maine School of Science and Mathematics.

Chasse finished with 17 points and Whitney Flint added 10. Ashley Nemer chipped in with nine points and seven assists.

Lindsey Beaulieu and Julie Peers each scored 13 points to lead Limestone and Anna Haller added 11.
