Hatrch, one of five members of the Old Town High wrestling team, won the Eastern B championship in the 275-pound division Saturday. Hatch pinned Leland McDougal of Caribou in 24 seconds to win the title match. Hatch, second at the regionals last year, also placed second in this year?s Penobscot Valley Conference meet.

ALAN CAMPBELL
Campbell, a member of the Madawaska basketball team, averaged more than 20 points in two victories by the Owls. He scored 25 points in a victory against Hodgdon and followed that up with 16 points against Wisdom as Madawaska closed in on a preliminary-round by in Eastern C.
GIRLS
Big School (Classes A-B)
KELLY KRAPF-KAITLIN DIRRIG
Krapf, a junior and Dirrig, a senior, were two of the Bangor High track and field members to help the Rams win an EMITL meet Saturday. Dirrig and Krapf finished first and second, respectively, in the 60-yard dash, and reversed those finishes in the 200-meter run. They also both ran on Bangor’s winning 4×220-yard relay.
Small School (Classes C-D)
TRISHA MACDONALD
MacDonald, a senior guard on the Stearns of Millinocket basketball team, scored a combined 61 points in three games for the Minutemen. She had 23 points against Schenck Feb. 1, 15 against Penquis on Feb. 2, which was the same night she scored her 1,000th career point, and 23 against Mattanawcook Feb. 5. Stearns is 13-4.
