ROCKLAND – The annual Mid-Coast Winter Carnival, sponsored by the Rockland Rotary, has been postponed to Sunday, Feb. 27.

The event was pushed to the next week because of the weather forecast for Sunday.

The activities at Snow Marine Park will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will include kite flying, bungee bowling, snowman building, sliding, tug of war, hockey and carriage rides.

Correction: A news item in the State section of some editions Friday gave the wrong postponement date for Rockland Rotary’s annual Midcoast Winter Carnival. The event is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20, at Snow Marine Park in Rockland.
