EAST SULLIVAN – Jeff Burditt connected for a 3-pointer at the buzzer on Saturday to lift the Sumner Tigers to a 51-48 boys basketball victory over Central of Corinth.
Jon Coffin tossed in a team-best 19 points and pulled down 10 rebounds for Sumner. Burditt finished with 12 points.
Joey Kane paced the Red Devils with a game-high 22 points, 19 of which he scored in the first half.

At Lincoln, senior forward Jordan Allen scored 27 points, including the 1,000th of his career, as Penquis of Milo held off Mattanawcook Academy for its 10th straight win.
Allen made 9 of 11 free throws, and scored 21 points in the second half as Penquis maintained the lead. Devin Perkins added nine points.
