ORONO – Kevin Brooks scored two goals and recorded an assist to lead the Hampden Broncos to their 12th high school hockey victory, a 7-0 shutout of Old Town at Alfond Arena on Monday night.

Jason Huntley, Chris Pease, Ian Lee, Nick Beal, and Matt Soucy each added a goal for the winners. Ryan Richards and Cam Murray combined for four saves.

Old Town goalies J.P. Stowe and Jason Trask combined for 40 saves.

At the Bangor Auditorium, Matt MacKenzie notched 15 of his 17 points in the second half to help the Panthers of Waldoboro pull ahead.

Steven Bannah also scored 17 for Medomak. Sam Lash and Zac Armstrong each had 10.

George Keefe led the Crusaders with 17 points and Travis Carey had 13.
