BANGOR – North Star Lodge No. 22 will hold a public Black History Month program on Saturday, Feb. 19, at 1192 Ohio St.

The evening will begin at 5 p.m. with a social hour. A potluck supper is scheduled for 6 p.m., and the Black History Month program at 7 p.m.
