Wiscasset rallies, edges Boothbay

AUGUSTA – Conrad Griffin scored 25 points to power No. 2 Wiscasset by No. 3 Boothbay 53-51 during a Western Maine Class C boys basketball semifinal at the Augusta Civic Center Thursday.

Wiscasset rallied from a 17-point deficit at the end of the third quarter.

Ben Stoodley added eight points for the winners.

Kris Noonan netted 18 points for the Seahawks and Owen Johnson had 10.
