TAMPA, Fla. – Montclair State (N.J.) scored five unearned runs in the top of the ninth inning on three Husson errors to seal a 13-7 victory over the Eagles of Bangor. Husson had closed the deficit to 8-6 in the eighth inning.

TAMPA, Fla. – Montclair State (N.J.) scored five unearned runs in the top of the ninth inning on three Husson errors to seal a 13-7 victory over the Eagles of Bangor.

Husson had closed the deficit to 8-6 in the eighth inning.

Tom Warth had a two-run single for Montclair, and Matt Benedetti added an RBI single.

Justin Spencer and Sean Brawn each hit solo home runs for Husson. Billy Kane added two singles and two RBIs, and Aaron Brideau added two singles and an RBI.

Jason Harvey chipped in with two singles and two RBIs in his first game since injuring his rib cage in Husson’s opener about 10 days ago.
