Usually when I receive an oil delivery a ticket is left with the total volume delivered, the price per gallon and the total cost of the delivery detailed.

This past week I received an oil delivery where only the number of gallons delivered was detailed on the ticket. Does this mean that heating oil is now in the category of “if you have to ask you can’t afford it”?
