FORT MYERS, Fla. – Amanda Roehn gave up only two hits and two walks while striking out five to lead Colby College of Waterville to a 1-0 softball victory against Lawrence University (Wis.) Tuesday.
Colby also took a 7-4 win against Plymouth State College (N.H.) in the second game.
In the first game, Miki Starr hit a double in the seventh inning and scored on a RBI single by Kara Fagan to give Colby the win.
In the second game, Wendy Bonner had two singles to drive in two runs for the White Mules.
