George W. Bush and his sycophant Congress don’t appear to recognize the irony in coming to Washington in the middle of the night to enact legislation designed to “save the life” of a woman who has been essentially dead for 15 years, while thousands of sentient people have been killed and continue to be killed in a war started and sanctioned by the actions and lies of the selfsame crew.

If life is so sacred, let’s see some respect for the lives of our servicemen and women, and for the Iraqi civilians who have perished in this horrible war.
