BOISE – Former University of Maine goalie Frank Doyle has been named to the East Coast Hockey League’s All-Rookie team. The team was selected by the league’s coaches. Doyle has compiled a 32-12-4 record, a 2.13 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage for the Idaho Steelheads. The Guelph, Ontario native split the goaltending at Maine with Jimmy Howard during the 2003-2004 season, posting a 19-4 record, a 1.81 GAA and a .923 save percentage.

The previous year, his first at Maine, he was 10-4-5, 2.14, .915.
