WATERVILLE – Wendy Bonner drove in the winning run with an RBI single in the bottom of the seventh inning Monday to lift Colby College to a 4-3 softball win over the University of Maine-Farmington.
Alaina Clark had two doubles and an RBI for the White Mules. Lindsey Toomey struck out six and walked none.
Kristi Cochin and Mary Berry each singled twice for the Beavers. Holly Tripp doubled.

At Lewiston, Charlie Engasser hit a double and two singles (2 RBIs) to lead Bates to victory.
Adam Taranto singled three times the Bobcats and Brian Mahoney had two singles with two RBIs. Tyler Paul doubled and singled with an RBI while Adam Worral and Kyohei Yamada each doubled and singled.
Tim Mercier singled to knock in both runs for Thomas College of Waterville. Matt Pavlis doubled and singled.
