BLUE HILL – A talk entitled “Seabird Restoration Efforts Along the Maine Coast” will be given at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at the Marine Environmental Research Institute.

Linda Welch, a wildlife biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, will lead the discussion.
