OTIS – Tanner Fishburn, a kindergarten pupil at the Beech Hill School, had his art class drawing chosen for inclusion in the Vincent Hartgen Traveling Art Exhibition.
The exhibit is sponsored by Art in the Heart of Maine and by the University of Maine, where Hartgen was a longtime professor.
Being chosen for it is the highest honor a kindergarten-through-eighth grade pupil in Maine can obtain for a work of art.
Tanner is the son of Cynthia and Galen Fishburn of Mariaville, and his teacher is Stacy Roguski.
