BAR HARBOR – College of the Atlantic will hold its second annual Israeli-Palestinian Awareness Day on May 1.
One session, from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. in Gates Hall, will include filmmaker Yulie Cohen Gerstel’s screening and discussion of her film “My Terrorist,” as well as a talk by University of Maine professor Alex Grab.
Admission to the event is $10 for the public and $5 for students, and proceeds will go to the Shchenim-Jiran circus camp, which brings together Israeli and Palestinian students.
