Work is expected to start soon on a 5,800-square-foot addition to the Charlotte White Center administration office building on Route 15-Bangor Road. The project, which will add 18 new offices, a waiting room and a large conference room, is being funded by the Rural Development Office, USDA. Bowman Bros. of Newport has the construction contract. The architect is Paul Augusten of Phillips. The project is expected to take about six months to complete. (Diana Bowley, BDN)
