BANGOR – A Hampden man was indicted Monday by the Penobscot County grand jury for a March 15 break-in at Miller Drug and a Brewer church.

Steve J. Ellis, 35, was arrested shortly after 3 a.m. March 15 behind Miller Drug on State Street in Bangor. He allegedly had broken into the pharmacy through the front door and left out the back with 15 bottles of prescription medicine.
