MADAWASKA – Run-scoring doubles by Paul Roy and Scott Chasse followed a triple by Mark Sirois in a three-run fourth-inning rally that erased a 2-1 deficit and gave Madawaska an 8-3 baseball victory over Fort Fairfield Monday.
Andre Roy went the distance for the win, firing a three-hitter with six strikeouts and three walks.
Drew Butler drove in three runs with a two-run triple and two singles; Chasse had two singles to go with his double and had two RBIs; Sirois had a single to go with his triple and Matt Beaulieu doubled and singled.
Jesse Sayers, Keith Edgecomb and Cody Closson singled for Fort Fairfield and Closson had an RBI.

At Washburn, Cameron Cunningham spun a five-hitter, striking out 13 and walking three, and he belted a three-run homer in the third inning as Katahdin of Stacyville triumphed.
Cunningham had a single to go with his homer and Jerad Anderson had three singles.
Zach Bird had a solo homer for Washburn.

At Van Buren, Andrew Taylor pitched a two-hitter, striking out 11 and walking just two, to lead Van Buren to the win.
Dustin Cyr hit a two-run homer, double, and a single to drive in four runs for the Crusaders. Taylor had two singles with an RBI and Trevor Hews tripled.
Randy Thibeault tripled for Wisdom of St. Agatha.

At Dyer Brook, Zack Austin’s two-run homer and Travis Brooker’s run-scoring triple sparked a four-run first inning that sent undefeated Southern Aroostook on their way to their eighth win.
Austin doubled to go with his homer and finished with four runs batted in. Brooker had a double to go with his triple.
Matt Enman and Andrew Kirchner doubled and singled for Limestone and Enman had an RBI. Mike Hancock singled twice.

At Fort Kent, Hunter Caron delivered three runs with a double and a single and combined with Ryan Brewer on a five-hitter as Houlton completed a sweep of Fort Kent.
Corey Lewis and Caron teamed up on a one-hitter in the opener.
In the second game, Brewer had three singles to complement Caron and Jeff Lenentine doubled and singled and drove in a run.
Tom Desjardins doubled and singled for Fort Kent.
In the opener, Lewis and Caron combined to strike out nine and walk seven.
Harry Austin doubled and singled for Houlton, Brewer singled twice and Mike Cleary knocked in two runs.
Bud Soucy’s single was Fort Kent’s only hit.

At Old Town, Danny Michaud hit a three-run double to help lead Presque Isle to the win.

Jacob Lukas hit a three-run homer in the sixth inning for Old Town and Brad Perry added a two-run double in the sixth. Jared Goody, Nate Lonko, and Chris Brewer each had two singles.

Houlton sweeps Fort Kent
At Fort Kent, Misty Wing had two singles and two RBIs in Houlton’s 11-2 win over Fort Kent in the first game and three singles with two RBIs in Houlton’s 9-5 win in the second game.
In the first game, Michelle Varney hit three singles to deliver three runs for the Shiretowners.
Monique Labbe had two singles with an RBI for Fort Kent.
In the second game, Keegan Hovey doubled and singled to knock in two runs for Houlton.
Mindy Mourneault homered and singled with two RBIs for Fort Kent.
