DYER BROOK – Southern Aroostook rallied from a 3-0 first-inning deficit Tuesday to earn a 6-3 high school softball victory over Ashland and remain undefeated.
Jordan Sholler hit an RBI single during a two-run rally by the Warriors in the bottom of the first then Raya King doubled home a run in the third as Southern Aroostook scored two more runs to take the lead.
Sholler paced the Warriors with two singles, while Ashlee Peters doubled for Ashland.

Lindsey Beaulieu doubled and singled with four RBIs for Limestone and Crystal Silva had two singles with three RBIs. Julie Peers doubled and singled with two RBIs and Melanie Allen added two singles with two RBIs.
Alicia Rideout homered and singled with two RBIs to lead Central Aroostook of Mars Hill and Andi Long had three singles with three RBIs. Brittany Collins had two singles with two RBIs and Jenny Long doubled and singled.

At Bucksport, Terren Hall pitched a two-hitter, striking out five and walking two, and stroked an RBI single during the Golden Bucks’ two-run first inning as Bucksport prevailed.
Hall had two singles as did batterymate Katie Hurd, who had an RBI hit in the second. Jill Richards chipped in with two singles for the Bucks.
Lynne Bowden doubled and Stephanie Shuster singled for Mount Desert Island behind loser Nina Megquier, who scattered six hits, struck out two and didn’t walk a batter.

Eric Grivois doubled twice and singled for the Panthers. Ryan Hallett added an RBI single.

At Bucksport, Andy Pooler hit a two-run single to spearhead a nine-run sixth inning that led the Trojans to victory.
Pooler hit another single for Mount Desert Island, while Marcus Maffucci paced the attack with two doubles, two singles and an RBI. Dan Lyons singled three times (1 RBI).
Joe Robicheau doubled and singled with two RBIs for Bucksport, while Nye Gifford also doubled and singled.

At Belfast, Justin Plourde’s two-run single highlighted a three-run seventh that gave Oak Hill of Sabattus the victory.
Josh Jillson cranked a grand slam for the winners and Mike Eaton added a solo homer and single. Plourde had two singles.
The Lions scored all seven of their runs in the sixth on eight hits, including six straight hits to lead off the inning. Zach Carr slammed a bases-loaded double to drive in two runs and Jake Arthers had a two-run double. Scott Hopkins chipped in with an RBI single.
Rick Bernosky had two singles for the Lions while Carr and Arthers each added a single.
