Donovan is an affectionate, sensitive and energetic boy who enjoys riding his bike, fishing, swimming and playing Nintendo games. He does very well with hands-on activities, such as gardening. Donovan also likes to spend time with animals and enjoys trips to the library. He has excellent computer skills and enjoys researching information on the Internet.

Able to do well in school with the guidance and motivation he receives from adults, Donovan is a good reader and has strong social skills. He does well in the community and thrives with any one-on-one attention he receives. Those who know Donovan best say they enjoy spending time with him. He is a very social child who likes to please others.

Donovan is most likely to be successful in a family with no other children in the home or children older than he is. He would benefit from experienced adoptive parents who are better able to deal with behaviors such as impulsiveness and aggressiveness.
