PITTSFIELD – Sebasticook Valley Hospital will hold the final Move and Improve Walk of the 2005 season at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 21, at the SVH walking path.

Move and Improve, started by Eastern Maine Healthcare System, is a 12-week program designed to encourage a more healthful lifestyle.
