Somerset County grand jury indicts 14

SKOWHEGAN – The Somerset County grand jury indicted 14 men last week, four of them for illegal sexual conduct.

Those indicted included:

Pierre Boucher III, 21, Pittsfield, gross sexual assault.

Cory Brassbridge, 19, Canaan, burglary and theft.

Christopher Butler, 21, Warren, three counts each burglary and theft.

Timothy Carpenter, 26, Putnam, Conn., leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident.

Philip Courtemanche, 27, Skowhegan, three counts of assault, tampering with witness, terrorizing and criminal mischief.

James Cameron, 21, Trenton, gross sexual assault.

Edmond Labbe Jr., 39, East Baldwin, eluding officer and night hunting.

Sean Martin, 20, Skowhegan, burglary.

Randy Meader, 41, Anson, two counts of theft by deception.

Robert Neal Jr., 21, Pittsfield, burglary, theft and violation of bail.

Shawn D. O’Neil, 35, Waterville, unlawful sexual contact and gross sexual assault.

Lawrence Peters, 45, Madison, operation after revocation.

Skyler J. Prevost, 25, Skowhegan, two counts of unlawful sexual contact.

John Wray, 44, Skowhegan, arson, aggravated criminal mischief and criminal mischief.

All defendants are scheduled to appear for arraignment at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, at Somerset County Superior Court.
