Hartford University and Binghamton University were chosen to host the America East women’s and men’s basketball tournaments, respectively, Tuesday.
This is the fifth straight year Hartford will host the women’s tourney and the second straight Binghamton will be the home site for the men. Both site selections were made by a vote of conference member schools’ athletic directors.
The 2007 tournaments were awarded to Binghamton (women’s) and Boston University (men’s).
The conference is made up of nine member schools, including the University of Maine.
