PORTLAND – The Portland Sea Dogs’ doubleheader Wednesday night against the Binghamton Mets has been rained out, making it a franchise-record eighth time this year the Sea Dogs have been postponed.

The teams will try to play a doubleheader Thursday starting at noon. Dates for the rest of this week’s rainouts have yet to be determined.

Fans with tickets to Wednesday’s rainout may exchange their tickets at the Hadlock Field box office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any remaining Sea Dogs home game. For more information call 879-9500 or email tickets@seadogs.com.
