Media Works Enterprise, Bangor, a not-for-profit youth development program created by the Training and Development Corp., will have an open house reception from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 2, at 100 Center St. in Bangor. John Rohman, chairman of the Maine Arts Commission, will offer a keynote address at 6 p.m. on the role of youth in Maine’s creative economy. A working, digital-media design studio, Media Works Enterprise is made up of a professional teaching and design staff who work with youth to offer graphic design Web site design and video production for community service organizations.
