ELLSWORTH – Trevor Corson, author of “The Secret Life of Lobsters,” will speak at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 23, at Ellsworth Public Library.

USA Today and Discover voted Corson’s book the best science book of 2004, while Time Out New York voted it a best book of the year. Corson wrote his book after spending two years as sternman on a lobster boat out of Little Cranberry Island.
