ORONO – The Maine Commission for Community Service is hosting a seminar from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, June 6, at the Buchanan Alumni House on the University of Maine campus.
“Together by Design: Lessons from Canada’s Voluntary Sector Initiative,” will focus on analyzing the relationship between government and volunteer service.
Marie Gauthier will be the keynote speaker for this event, which is the first of its kind in the United States.
