BANGOR – Green Acres Kennel Shop will offer a seminar on pet nutrition at 6:30 p.m. and Thursday, June 16, at 1653 Union St.

The seminar will examine information on what type of diet is best for the average dog and cat. Diets fed today include homemade, home-prepared raw, commercial raw, commercial dry and commercial canned.

Seating is limited, and those attending are asked to sign up by calling 945-6841.

There is no charge for the seminar, but participants are asked to reserve a seat with a minimum donation of $5 for the Bangor Humane Society Shed and Emily Fund.
