LIMESTONE – Limestone residents elected four municipal officials Tuesday from among 10 people running for the offices.

Seven residents sought two seats on the Limestone Board of Selectmen, according to Town Manager Donna Beaulieu on Wednesday.

Elected were Steve Beaulieu with 94 votes and Jim Leighton with 83 votes. Others in the race for two three-year selectmen seats were Catherine Gahagan with 69 votes, Freddie Pelletier, 38 votes, Jesse Philbrick, 37 votes, Howard Burleigh, 18 votes, and David McKelvie, 10 votes.

Incumbent Daniel Patterson won re-election to a three-year term on the Limestone school committee with 120 votes over James Pelkey Jr. with 60 votes.

Neil Leighton, an incumbent, was unopposed for re-election to a three-year term on the Limestone Water and Sewer District board of trustees.
