WATERVILLE – The Rent A Wreck/The Sports Arena softball team won its third straight State Class B men’s slowpitch championship this weekend, defeating Those Guys/BT Pallet 16-0 in the championship game.

Rent A Wreck had a perfect game going into the bottom of the fifth when Those Guys singled, but Rent A Wreck took out the baserunner in a double play.

Team members for the champs include pitcher Patrick Bouchard, bat boy Xavier Lewis, right fielder Ronnie Provencher, third baseman Sean Tidwell, shortstop Scott Fox, right center fielder Michael Vianni, left fielder Robbie Gilmore, catcher Billy Stewart, first baseman Rick Randall, left center fielder Matthew Brown, relief pitcher Bruce Astbury, utility player Rick Tidwell, and first baseman Steve Jameson.
