Plus, it includes sizzling recipes such as Fast-off-the-grill Chorizo Quesadillas and BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Spicy Girls’ Dry Rub and Mop Sauce. Luxurious lobster

Craving lobster without the work – or the mess? Try Hancock Gourmet Lobster Co.’s new Nubble Light Lobster Wellington and Spruce Head Smoked Scallop Lobster Bisque. The Cundys Harbor-based company introduced the products this week at the Fancy Food Show in New York. The Wellington (pictured) features creamy lobster pate and chunks of tender lobster wrapped in flaky puff pastry. The bisque boasts heavy cream, butter and spices, along with a blend of scallops and lobster meat. For information or to order, visit www.hancockgourmetlobster.com.
