Tuesday, 3:45 p.m., water district trustees, 614 State St.; agenda includes billing software conversion, overview of land purchases and forestry management and district’s work force, seaplanes and other activities banned on Flood’s pond; council’s transportation and infrastructure committee, agenda includes request to use city land on Curve Street for community garden, proposed ordinance regulating discharge into the storm drainage system; 7 p.m., planning board, agenda includes contract zone change for Essex Common at 402 Essex St., final subdivision plan for Woodridge subdivision off Bomarc Road, site development plan for BOG Associates at 1004 State St., site development plans for JRG Properties Inc. at 33 Burleigh Road and Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems at 885 Union St.
