SADDLEBACK MOUNTAIN – The Maine Land Use Regulation Commission has approved a development proposal on Saddleback Mountain near Rangeley.

The project will include 268 condominium units, as well as new trails and snowmaking equipment. All were included in a broader development plan for the area, approved by LURC last year.

This summer, Saddleback Inc. also plans to file for permits to build a hotel on the mountain.
