The Maine Baseball Hall of Fame will hand out scholarships in the amount of $600 to three high school baseball and softball players at its annual induction ceremony and banquet on Sunday, July 31, at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland.

Winners of the Marie W. Noel softball scholarships are Sarah Coonradt of Richmond, Michelle Mulherin of Penquis in Milo and Ashland’s Pam Spooner.

Recipients of the Edward J. “Packy” McFarland baseball scholarships are Eric Lopez of Winslow, Tim Lyford of Presque Isle and Wade Oliver from Rockland.
