PRESQUE ISLE – Jacquie Phelan, a founder of the National Off Road Mountain Bike Association, or NORBA, and winner of three national championships, will be in the area on the following dates:

. Friday, Aug. 12, at the Nordic Heritage Center Lodge for an informal social.

. Saturday, Aug. 13, ladies only day with various clinics, activities and rides.

. Sunday, Aug. 14, coed clinics, activities and rides.

Cost is $20 a day or $30 for the weekend. Luncheon and snacks provided on Saturday and Sunday.
