The University of Maine volleyball schedule for the 2005 season has been released, and includes 10 home matches.

The Bears will kick off the season by hosting the Sea-Sun Invitational with matches against Rhode Island, Fairfield and Montana Aug. 26-27.

The next weekend, UMaine will take on defending national champ Stanford in the Boston College Invitational Sept. 2-3 in Chestnut Hill, Mass.

The Blacks Bears will then play in the Molten Adidas Invitational in Fort Worth, Tex., hosted by Texas Christian University. The Bear will the move on to the Dartmouth Invitational in Hanover, N.H.

After the Dartmouth Invitational, Maine will have America East matches the remainder of the season.
