With 10 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering, Surry Engineering brings to the partnership recognized expertise in traffic study and analysis, construction design and construction management. Michael R. Waugh is the principal engineer at Surry. Sewall, now 125 years old, is a national consulting firm with 175 employees and offices in Maine, New York, Kentucky and North Carolina.
